Is the IIKONE food-safe?
The IIKONE is made of food-grade stainless steel 316 accompanied by premium laboratory paper filters. It is absolutely food safe, and doesn’t contain plastic.
Where is the IIKONE produced?
The IIKONE is hand made in Poland, and the filters are imported from the USA.
Will it fit in my kitchen?
The footprint of approximately 15x11 inches (38x28 cm) would be enough, but IIKONE requires also a minimum of 20 inches (500 mm) of vertical space to be operated comfortably.
When Will My Order Be Shipped?
We will do our best to process your order as quickly as it is only possible, right after your payment will be received. As the IIKONE mk1 is manufactured in a small quantity and with particular individual care, dispatch of your order may take up to 5 weeks. Please take it into consideration if you want to receive your purchase within a particular time frame.You will find more information in “Payments & Shipment”.
Is self-pickup available?
We do not run stationary stores, therefore it is not possible to visit us and pick up your purchase personally. If you’d like to buy the IIKONE mk1 at a physical store, it may be possible that you’ll find it in your local home decor boutique.
Can I return or exchange the product?
Each IIKONE mk1 is handmade to order, therefore our products are excluded from the standard 30 days return policy. You have, of course, all the guarantee legally required for this kind of product, and if any quality-related problem appears within 2 years of purchase, it won’t be any problem for us to manufacture especially for you a brand new IIKONE.
